Our sales will send you the Proforma Invoice by email with the Terms & Conditions and Payment Information. Please send us the Proof of Payment by email or to our Sales.

After vehicle(s) is shipped, Next Drive will prepare the original documents required for import customs clearance including Bill of Lading. The documents will be sent by DHL/Fedex Express to your preferred address few days after the vehicle leaves Japan.

When the vehicle reached the agreed destination, you are required to clear vehicle(s) at the customs, usually through a clearing agent. We work with different agents worldwide for helping on customs clearance and delivery.

NOTE: Clearance charges and Customs duties are solely buyer's responsibility and the buyer is liable for all the charges occurring at the port of destination. We are unable to provide any services regarding these charges and duties from Japan.
